In spring of 2014 Group of Companies “MIC” commissioned a new apartment complex "Landyshi", built in the southwest area of Moscow, in one of the most prestigious areas of the capital, right next to Ostrovitianov street. The project prides itself on its own infrastructure, a unique layout and a closed off area.
The seven-story apartment complex on 327 rooms, having its own convenient parking, includes three sections, together with a public area on the ground floor of the main building. A spacious lobby of the complex houses a cozy lobby and a large restaurant. From this location residents can access two in-yard grounds intended for their recreation. All the rooms on the first floor are located in the autonomous sections with small cozy patios, which can be used to welcome family members and friends outside. The total area of construction is 1.3 hectares.
